The world famous Isle of Man TT races capture the imagination of racing fans the world over.
With over 100 years of history, it is unsurpassed in sheer spectacle, and tradition. Couple this with a beautiful island setting, fantastic atmosphere, and speeds of up to 200 miles per hour, and you have the recipe for an annual adrenaline rush like nothing else on earth!
Over 37.73 miles, the Isle of Man TT course, is arguably the most challenging circuit that any rider is ever likely to encounter. Not only is the TT a race against other riders, but the ultimate speed challenge for man and machine.
Many of those who have pitted themselves against the dangerous and unforgiving TT mountain course, have ultimately been transformed into legends.
Through Isle of Man race photography, I hope to share some the atmosphere and excitement of this world famous event, that makes me, like thousands of others, flock to the Isle of man, for my annual fix. Where possible, in my TT photographs I wish to recognise the determination and pure skill of those who make the event possible. The riders, and marshals.
Long may it continue for another 100 years!
